Design - This stage involves creating a visual representation of the proposed refurbishment, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renders.
Licensing & Approvals - Depending on the scope of the project, you may need to obtain various licenses and approvals from local authorities; we can assist by drawing up proposals and liaising with local planning authorities in areas like Berkshire, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
Demolition - If the existing property is in poor condition, a certain level of demolition may be required.
Construction - Now our commercial builders can start working their magic, managing everything from the installation of new flooring, to the construction of walls and partitions.
Fit-out - This stage involves installing the fixtures and fittings, such as furniture, lighting, and appliances; some commercial refurbishment projects may also involve an update of plumbing and similar essential infrastructure.
Completion - Once the construction and fit-out are complete, the property will be ready for hand-over.
